Week Two: Spend Less Time With Your Phone

Holly: This advice couldn't come at a better time! Because I work online I'm glued to my device so that I can keep in touch with customers. However, my sister is coming into town, and I really want to be present with with her. My goal is to only check my apps (social media) twice a day. Once at morning and once at night. Of course, I can't avoid communicating with people, but I won't unless it is productive. Yikes! I hope I can do this
